My order itself was fine, no real issue there, but for one simple question I had to chase them twice, which was annoying. The reply when it finally came felt rushed too. So yeah, product was okay, but customer service, improvement needed for sure

My second time here was alright, but I felt a little misled based on what I expected going in. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just not quite what I thought it would be. Overall, it was okay, but I’m not sure I’d be in a rush to come back.

I had to return an item and asked for a refund. It did take a few days longer than I was hoping, which was a little annoying, but support did get back to me and the money came back fine, totally fine. Not perfect, perfect, but overall I’d say it was fair service.

I ordered from morrant and, to be fair, the item did show up in one piece, so that’s always a nice bonus when you buy something online. The packaging, though, was basic. The box was a little dented and there wasn’t much padding inside, which made opening it feel more suspenseful than it needed to be. Thankfully nothing was damaged, but for the price I was expecting it to be packed with a bit more care. Not awful, just very average.

I used morrant for bat preparation and, to be honest, I expected a little more. The bat came back looking fine, but the knocking in didn’t feel as thorough as I’d hoped, so I ended up spending extra time on it myself before feeling comfortable using it properly. Delivery was smooth and the staff replied quickly enough, which I did appreciate. Still, for the price, I’d probably be a bit more careful next time and either do more of the prep myself or look around before using the service again

i’m really happy with it. I ordered my usual size from Morrant and it fit exactly how I hoped. I was a little worried it might run small, but the length and overall fit were both spot on.

I got the tracking info, everything updated fine, and the parcel turned up without any hassle. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that the packaging felt a bit basic, but aside from that I’m happy with how fast it arrived.
